Four years after the release of "Precious Life", Ken's long awaited third CD "Time and Space" combines the sounds of a string quartet with more traditional folk arrangements. Almost an hour in length, the album features 12 originals plus covers of Townes Van Zandt's "Flying Shoes" and the traditional "He Was a Friend of Mine". Karen Kane returns as producer, as do Denny Kennedy (harmony vocals), Roly Platt (harmonicas), Randall Hill (mandolin), and Carol Rowe (viola). Carol also wrote the string arrangements for the "Good Friday String Quartet" (Paul Zevenhuizen, first violin; Janet Horne, second violin; Carol Rowe, viola; Winona Zelenka, cello) which is featured on half the fourteen songs. In addition, Wayne DeAdder is featured on bass and second acoustic guitar, and Steve Kennedy is featured on soprano saxophone. CLICK HERE to order "Time and Space".
